I am a licensed securities and insurance broker.  I focused my studies in finance and economics at the University of Montana and began my career in financial advising in Missoula.  Over the years as I served successful people around the country, I learned the importance of macro-economic planning, rather than a narrow focus on short term investment objectives.

In my career, I have taken a lot of heat for being conservative.  In these troubled economic times, conservative is in again, and the people who I work with are ecstatic.  Those who didn’t take my advice now come back to me with a lot of questions, looking for safe and reliable alternatives.

People now realize the importance of making conservative, calculated decisions in light of their individual overall situation and long term goals, while understanding external macro economic forces at work in the global economy.  This can be time consuming, but is essential to making an informed decision.
